Petitions to the Chamber of Deputies

OBJECT : We ask the Luxembourg authorities to require air conditioning, or an equivalent effective cooling solution, in all schools. As temperatures rise, excessive heat in classrooms affects children's health, concentration and ability to learn. Every child deserves a safe, comfortable and effective learning environment. This petition calls for clear national temperature standards and urgent investment so that schools can remain open and learning can continue safely during periods of high heat.

OBJECT : We ask the Chamber of Deputies to reject the increase of the holding period from six to twelve months (article 99bis of the income tax law) announced with the 2027 budget, and to keep the current six-month rule.

OBJECT : Cette pétition vise à supprimer la barrière financière de l'avance de frais de santé au Luxembourg, en particulier lors des consultations ambulatoires et interventions à l'hôpital (polycliniques, urgences, imagerie). Le système actuel contraint les patients à payer la totalité des honoraires avant remboursement par la CNS. Pour de nombreux ménages, notamment les familles monoparentales dont les revenus ne relèvent pas de l'aide sociale (Office Social), ces montants importants entraînent un risque d'impayé, de renoncement aux soins et des poursuites coûteuses par huissier de justice.
