OBJECT : Cette pétition vise à améliorer la sécurité routière en garantissant que les utilisateurs de véhicules motorisés légers, tels que les trottinettes électriques, les vélos électriques et les engins similaires, disposent des connaissances nécessaires pour circuler en toute sécurité. L'objectif est d'instaurer un âge minimum de 16 ans (ou 14 ans), ainsi qu'une formation de sensibilisation en ligne afin de mieux informer les usagers sur les règles de circulation, les dangers potentiels et les comportements responsables à adopter sur la voie publique. Par ailleurs, une obligation d'enregistrement du véhicule, comparable au système d'assurance applicable aux véhicules motorisés, devrait être mise en place. Cette mesure permettrait d'identifier clairement les utilisateurs et les propriétaires des véhicules, de renforcer leur responsabilité et de faciliter le traitement des éventuels accidents ou infractions. Ces mesures contribueraient à réduire les accidents, à renforcer la sécurité de l'ensemble de la population et à promouvoir une mobilité plus responsable sur la voie publique.

OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to strengthen consumer rights in Luxembourg by introducing into the Consumer Code a strict principle of contractual and financial reciprocity vis-à-vis businesses and professionals (specifically across the banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, and e-commerce sectors). The objective is to grant users and consumers the legal authority to charge standard administrative/handling fees or obtain automatic, regulated compensation when a persistent technical malfunction, digital interface outage, or processing failure attributable to the service provider forces the user to perform time-consuming manual procedures to fulfill contractual obligations or assert their rights. The petition also calls for the mandatory, automatic waiver of all ancillary fees, reminder costs, or penalties claimed by a provider whenever a delay or complication stems from an outage or bug in its own digital systems.

OBJECT : The first stage of the 2026 Tour de Luxembourg arrived in Luxembourg City on 16 September at around 5:45 p.m., precisely at a time when many people were travelling home from work. The road closures and diversions put in place that day showed that an event of this scale needs to be better coordinated with everyday traffic. This petition therefore calls for the following measures for future editions of the Skoda Tour de Luxembourg and other major events: * finishes and major road closures should, as far as possible, be avoided during peak hours; * clear and simple diversion routes should be planned in advance; * the public should be informed sufficiently early and clearly about road closures and the routes that remain accessible; * road closures and diversions should be reported as quickly as possible to navigation apps and other traffic information services; * emergency services, home care services and other essential services must be able to circulate at all times; * major events should only be authorised where effective traffic management can be guaranteed; * organisers should, as far as possible, bear the additional costs directly caused by the event, in particular those relating to police presence, municipal officers, signage and traffic management.
