OBJECT : Dës Petitioun fuerdert eng grondsätzlech Iwwerpréiwung vum Unterrecht iwwer Sexualitéit an emotional Erzéiung an de Lëtzebuerger Grondschoulen, besonnesch an de Cyclen 1 bis 3, fir de Schutz vun der Kandheet, de Respekt vun den Elteren, de kulturellen a reliéise Wäerter an d'altersgerecht Entwécklung vum Kand ze garantéieren.

OBJECT : Cette pétition demande l'introduction d'une obligation pour tous les candidats de toutes les catégories de permis de conduire de présenter, lors de l'examen pratique, un certificat officiel de cours de premiers secours valide, datant de moins de 5 ans. L'objectif de cette mesure est de : • aide rapide et de qualité aux personnes en situation d'urgence, • renforcer la sécurité routière, • mieux préparer la population aux situations d'urgence, • et sauver des vies.

OBJECT : In the current context of geopolitical instability and energy shocks-particularly linked to the war in Iran and disruptions in energy markets-Luxembourg must strengthen its energy resilience by accelerating the uptake of efficient, low-carbon heating solutions such as heat pumps. We request that, solely for access to subsidies/financial support (Klimabonus) related to heat pumps, the current acoustic control method be adapted: the 40 dB(A) threshold would be maintained, but the assessment would be carried out at the relevant immission point (at the window closest to a noise-sensitive room at the neighbour's dwelling) rather than at the property boundary.
