PURPOSE : Aufstellungen einer Reservekompanie der Luxemburgischen Armee. Die Reservistentruppe soll offen sein für alle Staatsangehörigen von NATO Nationen. Sprache innerhalb der Truppe luxemburgisch und englisch. Truppenstärke 100-200 Soldaten. Vorrangig soll die Kompanie zur Unterstützung bei Naturkatastrophen sowie Unterstützungsdienstleistungen des Heeres eingesetzt werden. Idealerweise sollten die Reservisten bereits Armeeerfahrung aus ihren Heimatländern mitbringen. Entsprechende Vordienstzeiten können bei der Zumessung des Dienstgrades und Position berücksichtigt werden.

PURPOSE : We are following with grave concern the situation currently unfolding in Iran. We express our deepest empathy and unwavering solidarity with the people inside Iran, who are facing repression and violence for exercising their fundamental rights. We consider it our ethical and civic responsibility to convey the real and unfiltered message of them, whose collective will for regime change has been expressed openly and consistently through repeated nationwide protests. This moment represents a critical test for human rights activists, the media, and political leaders in free societies. Silence or inaction in the face of such crimes cannot be considered neutrality. We therefore call upon the Government of Luxembourg, the institutions of the European Union, the media, and the international community to: 1. Support the Iranian people in their movement and their clearly expressed will for fundamental political change away from the current Islamic Republic regime. 2. Ensure honest, independent, and impartial engagement with events in Iran, including the amplification of Iranian voices in the context of severe internet and communication shutdowns. 3. Clearly and decisively condemn the violent repression of the Iranian people, and also prepare and implement concrete political and diplomatic measures, in line with international human rights obligations, to pressure the regime to prevent further killings, halt repression, and end violence against protesters. 4. Formally recognize Prince Reza Pahlavi as the representative of the Iranian people during the transitional period and cooperate with him in accordance with internationally recognized human rights norms, democratic principles, and the right to self-determination. We urge all democratic governments and institutions to recognize the gravity of this moment and to act in accordance with their stated commitments to human rights, justice, and human dignity. Although we are outside Iran, our hearts and consciences are with the people inside the country, who continue to courageously demand their fundamental rights. We stand with them and echo their call: "Freedom, freedom, freedom." History will judge not only those who commit these crimes but also those who choose silence in the face of them.

PURPOSE : La présente pétition vise à demander un ajustement ciblé des modalités d'évaluation de la perte auditive prévues par la législation relative à l'assurance dépendance, lorsque cette évaluation conditionne l'accès aux aides techniques liées à la sécurité incendie pour les personnes sourdes et malentendantes. La législation en vigueur prévoit que l'accès aux prestations de l'assurance dépendance est notamment fondé sur une évaluation de la capacité auditive de la meilleure oreille avec correction par appareillage auditif permanent, lorsque celui-ci est possible, et ce sur base d'un seuil de perte auditive égal ou supérieur à 75 dB, calculé selon la moyenne arithmétique des fréquences conversationnelles. Si cette approche est pertinente dans une évaluation fonctionnelle générale, elle montre toutefois ses limites dans le cadre spécifique de la sécurité incendie. En effet, les appareils auditifs ne sont pas portés en permanence et sont généralement retirés durant le sommeil, période au cours de laquelle surviennent de nombreux incendies domestiques. L'évaluation de l'audition corrigée ne reflète donc pas la situation réelle de risque ni la capacité effective de percevoir une alarme sonore en cas d'urgence. Il en résulte que certaines personnes présentant une perte auditive sévère non corrigée se voient exclues de l'accès aux aides de l'assurance dépendance pour l'installation de dispositifs d'alarme incendie adaptés (signaux lumineux, vibratoires ou connectés), alors même que ces dispositifs sont essentiels à leur sécurité. La pétition demande dès lors que, pour l'octroi des prestations de l'assurance dépendance relatives aux dispositifs d'alarme incendie adaptés, la perte auditive puisse être évaluée sans correction par appareillage auditif ou aide auditive. Cette adaptation serait strictement limitée à ce type d'aide technique et ne remettrait pas en cause les critères généraux d'accès à l'assurance dépendance. Elle permettrait une application plus cohérente de la loi, conforme à l'objectif de prévention des risques et de protection de la vie des personnes sourdes et malentendantes.
