OBJECT : Introduction of a targeted, temporary exemption from personal social security contributions for founder-managers of newly created simplified limited liability companies (S.à r.l.-S), for a maximum period of 12 months following registration with the Trade and Companies Register.

OBJECT : In Luxembourg, the early termination of a standard fibre internet contract at €50/month currently triggers penalties of up to €1,200, calculated as a percentage of the remaining monthly payments under the initial 24-month commitment. This petition requests that Luxembourg law limit internet contract commitments at 6 months and regulate early termination fees.

OBJECT : Diese Petition soll die luxemburgische Regierung darauf aufmerksam machen, dass Adipositas eine ernsthafte chronische Erkrankung ist und dass moderne Abnehmspritzen (GLP-1 Medikamente) eine wirksame medizinische Behandlung darstellen. Ziel ist, eine Prüfung und mögliche Anpassung der Kostenübernahme durch die CNS für Patientinnen und Patienten mit Adipositas ab Grad I zu erreichen, damit der Zugang zu dieser Therapie nicht vom Einkommen abhängt, sondern vom medizinischen Bedarf.
