OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to reform the Luxembourgish legislation on weapons in order to allow adult citizens with clean criminal records to possess and carry non-lethal means of self-defense, specifically certified pepper spray and alarm weapons (blank and gas firing weapons). This reform proposes to draw inspiration from the proven legal model of the Federal Republic of Germany, notably through the creation of an equivalent to the "restricted firearms certificate" (Kleiner Waffenschein), thereby guaranteeing regulated, controlled, and secure access to personal protection tools in public spaces.

OBJECT : This petition calls for legislation requiring property developers to appoint and pay for an accredited independent expert to inspect and verify the progress of construction works at each stage of the project. Payment of each instalment by the buyer would only be authorised once the expert has confirmed that the corresponding stage of construction has been completed. This would establish a framework that better protects buyers purchasing off-plan properties (VEFA).

OBJECT : Garantir des conditions d'apprentissage adaptées face aux fortes chaleurs grâce à l'installation de panneaux photovoltaïques et de systèmes de refroidissement intelligents dans les écoles luxembourgeoises. L'objet de la pétition est de mettre en oeuvre un programme national visant à équiper progressivement les bâtiments scolaires de panneaux photovoltaïques ainsi que de systèmes de refroidissement intelligents, alimentés prioritairement par l'énergie solaire produite sur place. L'objectif est de garantir des conditions d'enseignement et d'apprentissage adaptées lors des épisodes de chaleur de plus en plus fréquents, tout en respectant les objectifs de transition énergétique et de développement durable du Luxembourg.
