OBJECT : The Luxembourgish language is a central element of the national identity and social cohesion of Luxembourg. According to Article 4 of the Constitution of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Luxembourgish is the national language of the country. However, in everyday life it is increasingly observed that communication in Luxembourgish becomes difficult or even impossible. This concerns not only the public sector, but also many areas of daily life. In sensitive situations in particular, it is important that people can express themselves in their own language and also be understood. This applies especially in: • hospitals and healthcare institutions • retirement homes and care facilities • schools and childcare structures for children and young people • pharmacies • shops and services • public administrations • and many other areas

OBJECT : This petition calls for the establishment of a high-capital, one-time birth grant awarded upon the birth of a second child and each additional child within a household residing in Luxembourg. The goal is to remove the financial barriers associated with growing a family through massive and targeted support, specifically enabling access to property ownership and long-term financial security for children.

OBJECT : Diese Petition fordert die vollständige Abschaffung der CO₂-Steuer in allen Bereichen - insbesondere auf Kraftstoffe, Energieträger und Produkte. Parallel dazu fordern wir eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung für den Handel zur Weitergabe der Ersparnisse sowie die Beendigung der CO₂-bedingten Belastung von Arbeitnehmern. Anstatt die Steuer durch bürokratische Gutschriften (wie den CI-CO₂) lediglich abzufedern, fordern wir eine dauerhafte Senkung der Steuerlast auf Löhne und Gehälter.
