Title of the petition: Facilitation pour ouvrir un salon de coiffure

Aim of the petition: Facilité l'ouverture d'un salon de coiffure pour les coiffeurs qui ont un CCP en coiffure.

Motivation of the general interest of the petition: De nombreuses tentatives pour beaucoup de coiffeurs et coiffeuses avec un CCP coiffure d’ouvrir un salon de coiffure ici au Luxembourg ont échoué, car pour une demande d'autorisation il faut avoir un brevet de maîtrise. Je suis coiffeur depuis presque 10 ans et je n’ai pas le droit d'ouvrir un salon de coiffure. Je voudrais qu’on facilite l'ouverture des salons de coiffure même si on doit faire après 3 ans d'expérience un examen pour voir si on est apte à ouvrir un salon ou pas. Avec cette facilitation on peut créer de nouvelles offres d'emploi.
