Aim of the petition: Die Einführung des Pfandes auf Dosen und Mehrwegflaschen aus PVC soll vor allem die Umwelt entlasten und das allgemeine Landschaftsbild sauberer gestalten. Aus ökonomischer Hinsicht wäre ein Dosen- und Mehrwegflaschenpfand hilfreich, da es einen finanziellen Ansporn darstellen würde, Menschen dazu zu bringen, sich aktiv am Recycling zu beteiligen.
