Aim of the petition: Um den Mangel an Wohnraum in Luxemburg zu reduzieren sollen Wohnungen, die länger als 3 Minate unvermietet bleiben von der Verwaltung zwangsvermietet werden. Die Miete wird anfangs zur Finanzierung von ggf nötigen Renovierungen benutzt, anschliessend geht sie an den Besitzer der Wohnung.
