Aim of the petition: Das Ziel der Petition ist es, dass der Fahrer das Rauchen während dem fahren aus Verkehrsicherheitsgründen zu verboten.

Motivation of the general interest of the petition: - Erhöhte Brandgefahr wegen fallengelassene Zigarette im Fahrzeug.

- Erhöhte Unfallgefahr durch Panik , wegen fallengelassene warme Zigarette (o.ä.).

- Erhöhte Brandgefahr (hauptsächlich während dem Sommer), durch weggeworfene Zigaratte (o.ä.).
