Aim of the petition: Erection, à un lieu favorable, d'un mémorial dédié aux victimes civiles du conflit ukrainien. Au-dessus, un panneau démontable avec l'inscription « Arrêtez cette guerre immédiatement ! » (aussi en russe et ukrainien) et entre les deux un livret en papier résistant aux intempéries (Tyvek) où chacun qui le veut peut apposer sa signature.

Errichtung, an geeigneter Stelle, einer Gedenkstätte für die zivilen Opfer des Ukrainekonflikts. Darüber abnehmbar eine Tafel mit der Inschrift ,,Stoppt diesen Krieg sofort"! (auch in russisch und ukrainisch), und dazwischen ein Buch aus wetterbeständigem Papier (Tyvek), wo jeder, der möchte, seine Unterschrift einschreiben kann.
