Wenn Personen eines Haushaltes nach Mitternacht ein Spaziergang in ihrer Nachbarschaft unternehmen zum Beispill mit ihrem Haustier Gassi gehen, so hat dies kein Einfluss auf das aktuelle Pandemie Geschehen, im Gegenteil frische Luft tut gut. Würde eine Polizeipatrouille diese Leute verbalisieren, so wäre das eine reine Schikane. Deshalb sollte der Ausgang in seiner Umgebung weiterhin erlaubt bleiben.

Si une patrouille de police devait verbaliser ces personnes, ce serait du harcèlement pur. Par conséquent, la sortie doit rester autorisée dans son entourage.
