Purpose of the petition
Kleine Photovoltaik (Solar) Anlagen, bis 800W Spitzenleistung darf jedermann selbst installieren und muss diese nicht beim Netzbetreiber anmelden. Diese speisen unter Umständen Strom in das Netz ein (wenn mehr Strom erzeugt als im eigenen Haus verbraucht wird), diese Leistung wird dem Betreiber aber nicht gutgeschrieben. Mit den neuen SMARTY Stromzähler wäre dies aber technisch leicht umzusetzen, da diese den Überschuss bereits korrekt erfassen. Nicht jedermann verbraucht ständig bis zu 800W in seinem Haushalt und kann die erzeugten Spitzenleistung seiner kleinen PV Anlage vollends ausnutzen. Die Petition wirbt für eine Vergütung der eingespeisten Leistung. --------------- Il existent des petits systèmes photovoltaïques (solaires), jusqu'à 800W de puissance crête, que toute personne peut installer elle-même et n'a pas à l'enregistrer auprès de l'opérateur de réseau. Ils peuvent alimenter le réseau électrique si la quantité d'électricité produite est supérieure à celle consommée dans le foyer, mais ce service n'est pas crédité à son exploitant. Avec les nouveaux compteurs d'électricité SMARTY, cela serait toutefois techniquement facile à mettre en \u0153uvre, car ils enregistrent déjà correctement l'excédent. Pas tout le monde consomme jusqu'à 800 W dans son foyer et peut utiliser pleinement la puissance de pointe générée par son petit système photovoltaïque. La pétition promeut une compensation pour l'électricité injectée dans le réseau.
Reason for the petition
Die Vergütung der eingespeisten Leistung ins Stromnetz würde die Attraktivität der kleinen PV Anlagen erheblich steigern, da der ROI (return of investment, Zeitpunkt, ab wann sich die Anschaffung gelohnt hat) viel früher eintreten würde. Die angestrebte Massnahme könnte Massgeblich zu einem schnellen Zuwachs kleinerer PV Anlagen führen und könnte den Anteil von erzeugtem (erneuerbaren) Solar-Strom in Luxemburg um ein vielfaches erhöhen. --------------- La compensation de l'électricité injectée dans le réseau augmenterait considérablement l'attrait des petits systèmes photovoltaïques, puisque le ROI (retour sur investissement, moment où l'achat a été rentable) se produirait beaucoup plus tôt. Cette mesure pourrait entraîner une augmentation rapide du nombre de petits systèmes photovoltaïques et pourrait multiplier par plusieurs fois la part de l'électricité solaire (renouvelable) produite au Luxembourg.
