Aim of the petition: Le but de cette pétition vise de légaliser le cannabis récréatif pendant cette période de confinement.
Motivation of the general interest of the petition: Vu la future légalisation au Luxembourg, cette période de confinement est une opportunité d'avancer ce processus. Les frontières en étant fermés, tout trafic illégal est dans le moment bloqué. Cella pourrais permettre de lutter contre la criminalité plus rapidement et pourrait aussi permettre à l'état, d'avoir un plus grand contrôle sur la substance après cette crise. Donc aussi une meilleure efficacité d'atteindre les buts de la légalisation.
Cela pourrait engendrer une dépendance, pour des gens qui ont une tendance à se réfugier dans la substance. Mais en limitant la consommation pour chaque individu cella pourrait éviter telle scénario.
