Purpose of the petition
Par souci d'équité il serait souhaitable que toute personne du secteur public comme du secteur privé puisse bénéficier d'un congé correspondant à une demi-journée.
Reason for the petition
Les contraintes de disponibilité sont importantes pour tout salarié qui travaille et qui ne dispose pas d'un congé spécifique, similaire à celui en vigueur dans la convention collective bancaire. En effet, donner la possibilité à toute personne qui travaille de s'absenter, grace à un congé d'une demi-journée, développerait certainement l'engagement et le sens citoyen de chacun car le don de sang/plasma est à inciter et à faciliter, étant vital.
