Aim of the petition: Die Gemeinden sollen dazu verpflichtet werden ihren Bürgern öffentliche Räume zur Kreation gemeinnütziger Gärten anzubieten.
Les communes devraient être obligées d'offrir à leurs citoyens des espaces publics pour la création de jardins caritatifs.
The communes should be obliged to offer their citizens public spaces for the creation of charitable gardens.
Motivation of the general interest of the petition: Eine Verpflichtung der Gemeinden, zentral gelegene Flächen zur Schaffung von gemeinnützigen Gärten freizugeben, erfüllt gleich mehrere Ziele:
- Einbindung der Bürger in das Gemeindeleben und somit Vorbeugung sozialer Isolation, sowie Übertragung sozialer Verantwortung.
- Möglichkeit der Einbindung von altersübergreifenden Institutionen, wie beispielsweise Altersheime und/oder Kindertagesstätte.
- Produktion von lokalem Gemüse und Obst und somit Entlastung der Unwelt durch unnötige Transporte. Eine weiterführende Zielsetzungen könnte späterhin in einer autarken Versorgung der einzelnen Gemeinden liegen. Die Grundversorgung an Obst und Gemüse wäre in diesem Fall für die Bürger unentgeldlich.
- Möglichkeit in einer Zeit des Klimawandels als europäischer, sogar weltweiter Vorreiter zu gelten.
Un engagement des communes à libérer des zones centrales pour la création de jardins caritatifs répond à plusieurs objectifs:
- L'implication des citoyens dans la vie de la communauté et donc la prévention de l'isolement social, ainsi que le transfert de la responsabilité sociale.
- possibilité d'intégrer des institutions telles que des maisons de retraite et / ou des crèches
- La production de fruits et légumes locaux et donc le soulagement de l'environnement car il y a moins de transports inutiles. Un objectif à long terme pourrait être de produire assez de légumes et fruits pour que les communes deviennent autosuiffisant. Les fruits et légumes seront gratuits pour les citoyens dans ce cas.
- Possibilité d'être un avant-garde Européen, voire un leader mondial en période de changement climatique.
A commitment of the communes to release centrally located areas for the creation of charitable gardens fulfills several goals:
- Involvement of the citizens in the community life and thus prevention of social isolation, as well as transfer of social responsibility.
- Possibility of integrating different institutions such as retirement homes and / or day-care centers
- Production of local vegetables and fruits and thus relief of the environment through unnecessary transport. A later objective could be that the individual communities produce enough vegetables and fruits to become self-sufficient. The basic supply of fruit and vegetables in this case would be free for all citizens.
- Possibility to be regarded as an European outrider, and even a world leader in a time of climate change.
