Title of the petition: Erweiterte Maßnahmen gegen Vermüllung von Straßen und Wiesen (Sustainable development goal 15 Leben an Land) / Élargir les mesures contre le littering (Objectif de développement durable 15 Vie terrestre)

Aim of the petition: In Luxemburg wird viel Müll aus dem Auto geworfen. Dieser Müll schadet Tieren in der Natur, der Umwelt und uns Menschen. Wir wollen mit dieser Petition erreichen, dass das Wegwerfen von Müll aus dem Auto als Straftat in den Code de la route aufgenommen wird und z.B. mit einem Punkt und einem hohen Bußgeld bestraft wird. Außerdem fordern wir ein Pfand auf Plastikflaschen und Dosen, damit die Menschen motiviert sind, diese in einem Laden abzugeben und nicht in die Natur zu werfen.

Au Luxembourg, beaucoup de déchets sont jetés depuis les voitures. Ces déchets nuisent aux animaux, à l'environnement et à nous, les humains. Avec cette pétition nous voulons solliciter que le fait de jeter des déchets depuis une voiture soit inclus comme une infraction pénale dans le Code de la route et punie d'un point et d'une amende élevée. Nous exigeons également une consigne sur les bouteilles en plastique et canettes afin que les gens soient motivés à déposer ces déchets à un endroit dédier à ce besoin.

Motivation of the general interest of the petition: Das Aufsammeln des Drecks entlang von Luxemburgs Nationalstraßen und Autobahnen kostet jährlich etwa 1,2 Millionen Euro (https://environnement.public.lu/fr/offall-ressourcen/types-de-dechets/Littering.html). Jedes Jahr sterben in Luxemburg Kühe und andere Nutz- und Wildtiere, weil sie Müll fressen, den sie im Gras nicht sehen oder riechen. Der Müll schadet unserer Umwelt und damit auch uns Menschen. Wir fordern die Abgeordneten auf, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um unsere Lebensgrundlage im Sinne des UN-Nachhaltigkeitsziels Nr. 15 (Leben an Land) zu sichern!

La collecte des déchets le long des routes nationales et des autoroutes (y non compris le nettoyage par les services communaux) coûte l'Etat luxembourgeois environ 1,2 million d'euros par an (https://environnement.public.lu/fr/offall-ressourcen/types-de-dechets/Littering.html ). Chaque année, des vaches et d'autres animaux meurent au Luxembourg parce qu'ils mangent des déchets qu'ils ne peuvent ni voir ni sentir dans l'herbe. Les déchets nuisent à notre environnement et donc aussi à nous, les humains. Nous appelons les députés à prendre des mesures supplémentaires pour garantir nos moyens de subsistance conformément à l'ONU-Objectif de développement durable 15 (Vie terrestre) !
